The Resolutions To The Findings: We will not be using the Vote Delegation system of the Token so the issue is irrelevant.
There is actually no migrator contract as that is a function on Ethereum. In good faith and to make $OS Token deflationary we have burned Ownership of the MasterOS Contract and In turn the OS Token Contract. This means that there will be no yield farming mechanics that mint new $OS Tokens.

Update: 4/22/22 - Ownership Of the MasterOS Contract has officially been burned! The Yield farming system will no longer be used. This disables the minting of new $OS Tokens, which officially makes $OS Token Static/Deflationary!
