The Resolutions To The Findings: We will not be using the Vote Delegation system of the Token so the issue is irrelevant.
There is actually no migrator contract as that is a function on Ethereum. In good faith and to make $ORACLE Token deflationary we have burned Ownership of the MasterOracle Contract and In turn the Oracle Token Contract. This means that there will be no yield farming mechanics that mint new $ORACLE Tokens.

Update: 4/22/22 - Ownership Of the MasterOracle Contract has officially been burned! The Yield farming system will no longer be used. This disables the minting of new $ORACLE Tokens, which officially makes $ORACLE Token Static/Deflationary!
